Dear Community,
I have a JIRA Work Management project. This project is use for tracking development issues.
We are working with several outside developers. I would like to define in the issues, which outside developers should view/edit the issue. We would like to use a multiple choise field, which shows x and/or y developers who have permission to edit the issue.
Maybe somebody has the same problem and know the answer how to make it.
Thank You very much,
Gertrud
Hi Beyer! so just to clarify: you wish to have your developers access certain issues and you want it to be defined in a custom field, right?
as per my humble knowledge, there isn't a direct way to give access to one issue for specific users, the contrary exists tho (with issue security schemes).
what might be doable is to create a group for your developers and add them there and then define their permissions in your permission scheme. but this would be for your whole project and not on one issue. in that case you wouldn't need the custom field anymore
