POC support

Maaike June 21, 2021

My client (large hospital) is experimenting with Jira and Trello to explore the new agile way of working before they formally start the official purchasing and decision making process.

As a teaching hospital they make use of a temporary free license (Trello and Jira), but the teams got limited to add new team members to further explore the tool.

How do you approach this kind of POC situations? Is there anyone to support?

Kind regards,
Maaike Kamphuis

Hi @Maaike ,

Using a free license you'll indeed be limited to small number of users. You can however start a premium or standard trial which while limited in time would give you more options and more user licenses.

As you mention you are a teaching hospital, also take a look at the academic licenses https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/purchase-licensing#pricing-discounts

When all else fails you could also reach out to a Solution Partner based on your location.

They might be able to extend your trial through the partnership or provide you with a different POC environment.
