Order of fields in my ticket

Hi there

 

Can somebody help me out on how to customize the order of fields in my tickets. I want to have the following order

  1. User Story
  2. Details
  3. Acceptance Criteria

 

 

 

Below you can see the order of fields how it is currently. You can see the 3 fields have a different order depending on if you hit "create a ticket" (here it is the correct order) vs. if you look at the tickets details after you created it.

Hi @lisa 

As per the field order  configured in Create screen the same oder you need to configured for View screen and edit screen for the issue type.

you can re-order your fields ,

Project settings >> Issue Layout >> order your fields and save it .

This will work only edit and view screen in jira.

I went to Issue Layout but here it is already in the order I want it to be in:

Hi @lisa 

No this not the issue layout.

Please navigate to  Project settings >> Issue Layout >> order your fields and save it .

Hi @lisa 

1.First go the Project on which you want reorder the fields.

2. Click on Project Settings of that project.

3. Search and Click on Issue Layout.

4. After clicking issue layout one screen will open and then click on which issuetype screen (edit layout) you want to reorder the fields.

5. Next and Final screen will open where you can reorder the field as per your requirement and save changes.

Hi @Mayur Jadhav ,

I found the issue layout option is only for particular project. 

Is it possible to reorder field for all the project?
