I try free Jira cloud and use my email. Everything works well. After that i create my own database and connect to jira and use for this case the same email. I login successfully and work for some time. After that i return to Jira cloud and cant login because notification windows inform me that this email already use. How to solve it ?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
I understand that you are using the same account for a Cloud and a Server product and this issue shouldn't happen because it's the exact same address. I'm telling you this because here we use Server and Cloud and I'm logged in with my Atlassian account and the issue isn't happening.
Can you please share with us a screenshot of the error you are facing? Just make sure to hide private information.
If you open Jira Cloud on another browser (where you are not logged in Server) or using incognito mode, does the issue happen? Are you able to login?
Can you try logging in directly on id.atlassian.com and then go to Jira Cloud?
