I was hoping someone could help us figure out why the email notification sometimes does not go out to the recipient when an agent comments on a ticket. This will happen sporadically. All of our notification settings in the project are correct. We even checked our email system to make sure they weren't being blocked, but the email is not even making it to our system.
Does the intended recipient receive other notifications from JIRA before the problem begins?
Does the intended recipient receive ANY notifications from JIRA while this problem is occurring?
Does the intended recipient receive emails from other sources while the problem is occurring?
Does the intended recipient spontaneously begin receiving notifications from JIRA again, without anybody having made any changes to any system?
