Not able view and edit Plans from Plans tab

Having admin privilege for the Jira project . Still I not able Views plans and manage plans from Plans tab in Jira .

I see you are on Server, is that correct? Do you actually see "Plans" in your menu? I was under the understanding that is was a cloud & data center only feature. Maybe you are on data center? You may wish to access the documentation to better understand how this feature works - get-started-with-advanced-roadmaps . It may be that you do not have permissions to create and manage plans.
