Not Able to Remove User

I am the system administrator but when I click Settings > User Management, it keeps showing an error. Did anyone face the same issue? Screenshot 2023-05-19 224645.png

Hi,

We have determined that some sites were affected by this inability to see or manage some users.  As such a feature flag has been rolled back at this time.  This in turn should fix the current problem.

I am an Organization Admin for my Free site, and I have not been able to recreate the issue.

@teresa-burgess are you also using a Free site, and also only a Site Admin vs. an Organization admin?
