I've been forced to the new issue view and the right side bar applications that my whole team use, Harvest time tracking and Zendesk support, have both been moved to the bottom of the right hand pane and closed by default.
I can rearrange the fields in the right hand issue view, but I cannot find a way to bring the 3rd party apps back to the top and keep them open. Anyone know how this is done please?

Sadly, I don't think that is possible as of now to pin 3rd party fields in the top of context fields.
