Need to attach an Excel spreadsheet to a Zephyr project

We're developing test cases in Zephyr, but we also are using Excel spreadsheets for project management.
Is there some way to attach the spreadsheet to the Zephyr project?
We want to keep the PM information in Excel spreadsheet format.
Is there any way to do this?
