Trying to get Jira setup and am running into multiple problems. First, even though I'm the global admin I seem to be missing the ability to create a support ticket right from Jira (v8.1). Second, trying to get a handle on user creation/setup for what will be portal only customers (server hosted). We keep getting Jira login errors when a user tries to login into Jira Server with an LDAP sync'd account.
Rich can you provide a little more information.
Are you trying to create an issue in the customer portal, through the service desk project by raising a request, using the standard Jira create button in the top bar, or all three?
Can you explain how your LDAP is setup? Also how is the service desk setup, can anyone with an account access?
