Missing JIRA fields for mapping when importing issues through CSV in Jira

Dear Sir,

When we import issue from CSV, the issue type does not shown wneh fields for mapping as below image.

We can do it before  and our version is Jira Sever 8.5.1.

I alse read some docs in your community, someone said only show to admin, but we can do it before everyone. Could you please help it?

Could you have already selected issue type for mapping another field?  The fields available list removes already used issue types from the list.
