There are no details about errors in your post.

What is the scenario of your migration?

Are you migrating from Jira Server or Data Center? What version? Is the license not expired? Do you still have a support contract with Atlassian?

What options did you select in your migration plan?

Do you have third party apps?

My migration scenario will be as follows:
make a POC to test the migration of my local server to jira cloud

I've used the migration tool (Migration Assistant home)
1) I've completed the (Assess your apps) step
2)I've completed the (Prepare your apps) step
3) in the (Migrate your data) step, it displays an error message (System
Last checked 2 days ago
The Cloud Migration Assistant is out of date)

when I checked, I found that all the applications were up to date

If there's a place where I can find the migration logs, let me the path

That is not the latest version of the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant. Refer to
