Hello Everyone , hope you all are doing Great. I have lit bit confusions in the Migration Steps of JIRA Server Software to Jira Non-Clustered Data Center. Since , Jira Server Software is ended up the sale therefore my organization is moving to the Jira Data Center. For this Purpose , I need the Steps to follow and Upgrade my existing Jira Software. 

Please also acknowledge the Discount Offers in the Migration
