I have an automation rule set up so that when a pull request in a Jira ticket is merged, the ticket is transitioned to done automatically.
This has worked fine for years but this week it stopped working.
I have checked the communication between Bitbucket and Jira and that's still as it was.
Checked the rule itself and it's exactly as I originally set it.
What changed this week to break this functionality?
I found a few other reports of this behavior recently. We have created a new bug to track this over in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-666
I would encourage site-admins of paid plan sites create a support ticket in regards to this over in https://support.atlassian.com/contact
This will help us to identify the impacted customers and better prioritize a fix for this.
Thanks
Andy
Hi @tineyi
To help you, we will need details from the audit log.
Waiting on for screen shots and errors you get for your automation
