Lost access to timesheet plugin, but plugin added

Today morning we haven't access to timesheet plugin. 

Plugin name: Timesheet Reports and Gadgets
Vendor:Prime Timesheet 
Support: Supported by vendor
Installed plugin version is 1.1.5-AC.

Access was lost to the plugin in Report section. Dashboard doesn't show it.
Marketplace says the plugin was added. 
Please help.

Hi @Evgeny Vekovshinin ,

Do you see anything strange in the manage apps section? A simple test could be to disable/enable the app just to see if something fails there.

I believe this app was acquired by Tempo a few months a go right? perhaps they are migrating some subscription parts then and this was a nasty side effect.

When you don't see anything weird in the "manage apps" section and disable/enable doesn't do anything I'd just contact the vendor directly. 

It if automagically stopped working it could be licensing issue or a bug due to a cloud instance update that isn't playing nice with the app.. a lot of factors to consider

It seems that they do have an issue and it's being worked on. The user in this question contacted them and mentions that

Thanks a lot for quick response! 
Now we see that the plugin has been updated. It works correctly.
Probably we wasn't updated it a long time. 

Update procedure requires much more time than we expected.

What do you mean it works again? It is still unavailable to us. I see no updates to this plugin.
