Log work menu not shown

I can't see Log Work in any of Jira views. I have checked where is my field for Time Tracking and everything ticked.

make sure the time tracking field is part of the screen.

can you give us some screenshots:

• screen field config for the issuetype in question
• detail issue view not showing time tracking
• board view where you click on the ellipses illustrating the options to action an issue

Issue resolved, it was related to Tempo Ad-on permissions. Thanks for your help.

Hi @Anil Kumar ,

For the users you wish to be able to log work on issues, ensure that they have the Work On Issues permission in the relevant permission scheme.

You may want to check that time tracking is actually enabled in your Jira project. Here is the KB article which should be a good start.
