Hello,
Is it possible to link by default or automatically a newly created issue of -1 level to a newly created issue of 0 level?
In other words, to make this newly created -1 issue, a subtask of the newly created 0 issue
Hi Osama,
Sub-tasks are already linked to their parent issue. They have to be, they cannot exist outside an issue.
Thank you but I meant a created -1 issue to be a sub-task or linked somehow to a created 0 issue

I don't understand what you mean by -1 issue or 0 issue in that sentence.
Plain Jira has two levels of issue, base level issue types and sub-task issue types. You can create many issue types of either level.
When you create an issue of the base level type, you get an issue.
When you create a sub-task, you have to do it within the context of an issue at the base level, because sub-tasks are part of their parent. They are linked automatically, because the sub-task cannot exist outside their parent.

I meant -1 in the hierarchy, epic 1, task 0, sub-task -1.
I have created new issue types of -1 level and they are not linked to any parent

Ok I now have found that I can select it from the sub-task issue creation field.

As I said, you can not create sub-tasks without the link to the task of which they are a part. You don't need to duplicate the existing link.
