Linking External System: Clickable URL's with values for those URL's ?

Hi

We want to be able to generate a clickable link on the Jira issue screen that uses a defined base URL together with the value of our custom field holding the Case ID like Zendesk tickets association. 

Example:

<a href="https://salesforce.com/{issue.fields.salesforceCaseID}">Case Number</a>

I solved a similar problem using an Scripted Field (by ScriptRunner for Jira, a PAID third-party complement)

Sadly there is no native way to do it.
