When I click on the "Go to Field Configuration" button, the tab keeps refreshing itself and the page doesn't open. I have admin privileges in this panel, but I am unable to make edits. Could you please assist me with this issue? Thank you.

You can try to see if the problem persists using another browser and from an incognito mode. Also, check with other colleagues to see if they encounter the same problem. If yes, then contact Atlassian's support directly at https://support.atlassian.com/contact
