Kanban Board Copy Functionality and Status Fields

When copying a Kanban board the associated status fields of the existing board are not being copied over correctly.

The status for the existing board are new in that I created them for that board. When they copy over into a new board they have an exclamation mark and are unusable. The only way I found to resolve is to remove, delete and then recreate them in the new board.

Is there another method to copy/clone an existing board so that I do not have to go through this manual process? Thanks

btw - we are on ver. 6.2

FYI - Figured this out. This is related to workflows. If the workflow does not match the PROJECT you are using the copied board for then the statuses will not work.
