I can't type any information into the sprint cards, I can't select information within the standard fields of the cards, change the name of the epics or any other information in the jira sotfware. I'm a project administrator and none of the users are able to perform these functions. Apparently it is a bug, can you help me please?

Are you working with a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project?

Have you ever been able to make these edits?

If you are working with a Company Managed project, have you reviewed the Permission Scheme assigned to the project to confirm that users have permissions to edit issues?
