Jira automation to assign Team on a jira

Hi Everyone,

I am interested in creating a new role in automation, when I have 2 fields, the first is a "Team" and the second is an "A-team". I want as soon as a new issue is created and the "A-team" field is filled in, the "Team" field is automatically filled with the same group name.

I will note that the "Team" is actually through the tab of the
plan -> View shared teams
and "A-team" is a Custom field.

If the "Team" field you are describing is for advanced roadmaps, you may only be able to access that using JSON as the fields are not shown in the rules dropdown lists yet.  Here is the suggestion to add that capability: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-77431

Until that is available, you can try a work-around:
