Time tracker when clicked through menus does not show any content, the page is blank

Can you confirm that it is setup properly - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-time-tracking/ 

Has it always looked this way or is this a recent issue?  If recent have you tried clearing your cache?  are others also having the issue?  Can you share a screenshot of what you see?
