I recently upgraded Jira Service Desk to 3.14.2 from 3.14.1. It started displaying JSON text in the customer portal who are trying to raise request.
I tried rollback to older version still the issue persists.

Did you upgrade JSD application only, from Versions & licenses page, or did you upgrade the entire instance by running the .exe/.bin installer?
Can you show what JSON text you're seeing at the moment?
