Hello,

Is there a way to add an automation that runs only if one specific emails is found in the request participants?

Yes, it is possible by configuring a custom rule with the following details:

Perfect. The only weird thing is that "=" validates if the use in IN the request participants list, right?

I tested it a bit and it seems to work that way. For example if participants for a ticket are admin and admin2, if I use that match condition you mention it will still has a true result, right?
