Hello,
I'm still new to learning Jira. With that being said, I have a couple of projects that I need to work on and would love to take advantage of the Jira POC environment that is readily available.
The problem is that all of the configurations; EVERYTHING is vastly out of date from years ago. So, I feel like the best thing that could be done would be to:
1. Use the last weekly backup from our Jira Cloud Production site to import into our POC site. This would make an exact copy of our current config that could be used to better develop new Jira Enhancements.
My questions and concerns are:
1. Is it really that simple; can I just import the exported files into Jira POC?
2. What happens to user accounts and licenses; do users suddenly get access to POC and does the license count double?
