Jira Issue timestamp not correct even timezone setting is right

Have checked the default user timezone in settings is correct. But the timestamp shown on the Jira issues created was not right. Have I missed anything?

I saw that you opened a ticket with our support related to the same issue and a support engineer is already helping you there.
