Jira FORMS compatible with any SD addon

Hello community

Do you know of any add-on or application similar to Refined that allows further customization of the landing page so that is compatible with Jira Forms and allows to have a friendlier service desk?

There are two groups of apps to customize the portal:

1.  Refined and Theme are about changing the look&feel of the portal, but none of them support Forms. 
2. Feature Bundle and other apps that adds features like Edit Requests, Announcement Banners, or Fields View. They work well with existing Forms, but none of them currently have any integration. This will probably change when REST API to Forms is released.
