Jira Cloud - body tag - overflow-y: scroll

Can we remove this useless css property from Jira Cloud body tag ? This record only appears on custom application views installed in our Jira and creates unnecessary additional scolls.

I would fix this in the "custom application views" you have defined.  The Jira css is there for a reason, supporting certain users and it's not going to go away unless there's a redesign that makes it unneeded.
