We’re experiencing an issue with Jira tickets not generating in Jira automatically for our project, and we’re manually creating these tickets.
The issue started around an hour ago.
and the ticket creation trigger is "Jira service desk"

Sounds like you have an automation in place that is no longer working, do I understand correctly?
If yes, can you please share the automation and it's audit log?
