After a successful import of our in-house JIRA backup file I'm no longer able to access JIRA on shinka.atlassian.net
You may need to use credentials for an admin account that was in your import file, rather than your Cloud account.
Failing that, you'll need to reset your password to get in - see https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/manage-your-profile-and-password-744721602.html
