JEMH - Project Mapping - Default Issue being used instead of domain rule

Raynard Rhodes September 16, 2020

We have a project that receive issues from multiple email addressses. The Issue Attributes section has an Issue Type set. In the Domain Rules have an Issue Type, Label, and Component/s set. But, when an issue is sent to this specific addressee, it uses the Issue Attributes default.

Has any experienced this or have any idea where I should look for a solution?

JEMH: 3.3.9

JS: 8.5.3

Hello,

If you have Inbound Mail Auditing enabled in JEMH, you can view the processing report for a particular email that was processed. Inside that report, I would expect to see it mention what project mapping/rule was selected. It could be that another rule is also matching the email.

If you require further assistance, I would suggest raising a support ticket here.
