It takes time to upload files

Hello, some people on my team have difficulty uploading files, they claim that it takes too long, even small files and good internet.

I think the starting point for this is metrics - use the browser tools to monitor how long it takes to upload files and what the page is spending its time on.

Having this same issue with my users, I've preparing a video of this issue recreated.

its  not happening to all, but I believe it's based on the session and the server one is connected to. There is  a problem server in the Jira Cloud.
