Issues not found after cloud migration

I migrated my JIRA Server (8.9.0) to Jira Software Cloud (using the free plan - I'm just a 1-man team). The migration report says there were no errors, and that 469 issues were migrated. The post migration report is also in line with this, saying only that a custom field was removed. However, no issues show up in the cloud instance. Projects and users were migrated correctly.

As the migration is reported to be complete, I can't rerun it either. What should I do to get my issues to show up?

I went and reset the Jira Software Cloud, and reran the migration, but the end result was the same. Users, groups, and projects were all migrated properly, but the issues in the projects do not show up.

Ah, silly me. The user account I used to access JIRA on the cloud is different than the one I used locally, and the cloud account wasn't a member of the groups needed to access the issues.
