Issues are not visible on plans/Advanced Roadmap

Hi All,

I'm using a plans with  Issues source are Projects and the completed issues dates also i increased to 720 days even after there are few closed issues not visible on plans.

Is there any adjustments I need to do with plans? 

Can someone help me to solve this?

1. Resolution field isn’t set in the Jira Software workflow
2. Issue’s release was excluded in the plan’s scope
3. 'Fix version' or 'Affected version' fields are hidden in Jira Software issues
