This behavior started 6/17.
Whenever someone merges a PR currently, it causes the webhook to send out pullrequest:updated event for any PRs that are awaiting review.
This was not happening before yesterday. Is this a bug? New intended behavior? Is there a way to disable this so that it only sends out these events when someone updates their PR via a commit to the PR/or manual update to the PR? I believe this was the behavior before.
