Issue type field is showing N/A when creating subtask

Hello,

I have been facing an issue when creating a subtask on one of the projects.

When I click on Create sub task from the More tab, the Issue Type field on the popup screen for creating subtask is showing N/A and no other option.

The SUB TASK issue type is assigned in the project but I don't know where else to check or why it's behaving like this

Can you please help?

Can you please share a screenshot? Did you create a sub-task before?

@Tansu Akdeniz Apologies for the late response. I was able to resolve this, as the subtask was inactive.
