Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone could help me out with a current issue. Our team has 9 issue templates that our stakeholders use on a daily basis.
However, since sometime ago (September 6th, 2021) the issue templates aren't displayed on the drop down, which complicates our work as an incomplete Jira issue creates multiple extra touch-points on a daily basis.
Do you know how could this be fixed?

Sorry for the late response here, some time ago we added "Match type" checkbox, which you can see on the screenshot. Try to uncheck it.
The reason why you don't see any templates is most probably because they have a different type, which may work for creating issues but is not recommended approach.
If you need more help please reach me on our support channel.
Cheers

Hi @Maciej Dudziak [Deviniti] thanks a ton for the tip. Indeed, as soon as I unticked "Match Type" all templates were available.
Very appreciated!

Whilst I am not familiar with your setup, these templates are not standard Jira and thus provided by a marketplace app.
The first thing I would do, is make sure the license of that marketplace app hasn't expired, as that would disable the app's functionality. With Jira Admin rights, you can check by navigating to Jira Settings > Apps > Manage Apps or from Jira Settings > Billing > Manage Subscriptions.
If there is no issue with the app license, then maybe you started a new project and your templates are not associated with that project yet. Check your app's documentation to find out if that may be a potential cause and how to fix that.
Hope this offers some useful pointers!

Hi @Walter Buggenhout unfortunately I couldn't find the license I was looking for, however, Maciel mentioned another workaround that fixed it. Thank you very much for all the support
