Issue moving from jira cloud to jira server

I cannot seem to succesfully import my jira software project from the cloud to the server. I kepp getting "There was a problem parsing the backup XML file at C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\import\jira-export.zip: No 'key' field for Issue 10049." And I did followed the official guide

Sounds like you have a few options available, you can either open the XML file and search within it for that issue or report this back to Atlassian and they might be able to see that on the database from your cloud instance and fix it before you export the information.

Second option should be the less painful
