Hi,
I have been trying to automate ticket creation from Email using gmail.
the project we have is next-gen project, When i tried same things in classic project it worked well.
I configured Mail Handler and Server as well
Problems:
1. While configuring email server it gives only 2 options
a. Microsoft
b. Custom
Doesn't offer Google/Gmail
2. While i use Custom option and configure all details, after i click test button i get this error
javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: [AUTH] Username and password not accepted. while connecting to host 'pop.gmail.com' as user 'supply-deployment@meesho.com' via protocol 'pop3s
3. When i select pop.gmail.com as mail server, it authenticates but doesn't lands email as ticket in Jira project.
