Hello, we are looking for a solution to the following challenge:
An existing DC instance is to be integrated into an existing cloud instance. No new issue types are to be added in the cloud. Between DC and Cloud 80% of the Issue Types differ. The issue types from the DC are to be mapped to meaningful issue types in the cloud. To do this, we migrated everything and then used the Issue Move function. The problem with this is that while all Issue Types are re-mapped, this destroys transitions, jams, etc. among other things. I wanted to ask if others have faced the same challenge and how they solved the problem.
Hi @Marcel Kaiser and welcome to the community,
What do you mean by "destroying" transitions etc? E.g. a transition it doesn't work because simply it's not true anymore?
