Is there any way to add more statuses to 'Done' StatusCategory in Next-Gen project?

Hi All, 

It seems that even a secretin status (Rejected)is set with 'Done' StatusCategory (Green color) on the workflow. when I complete a sprint I still see the items as 'UnDone' and I am required to move the items back to the Backlog \ move to next sprint.

Any directions \ workarounds so I can fix it 

Anyone can assist ?

Please go to board 

1. let's check does the "Reject" status is placed under "Done" column.

2. any resolution is chosen while "Reject" jira Task.

If above both are placed correctly , then there is no issue.

Hi David,

Make sure the Reject Status is in the last column. Only statuses in the last column on a Sprint board will be considered "Done" and not moved.
