Is there a way to view ALL created Forms on the instance?

I'm trying to find out if there's a way to view all Forms that have been created on the instance and possibly their usage.

You can try out Smart Jira Forms . My team has developed this add-on to collect data and feedback from external users also. 

And you can see all created forms on the left bar

Currently that is not possible, you would have to go into each project and see if it has a form. Hopefully when the Forms API is released you would be able to do this by getting all the projects and then check and see if it has forms or not. The API is scheduled to be released in Q3-Q4 2022 based on Atlassian's public roadmap.
