Is there a way to edit an automation rule branch without deleting everything in branch?

Trying to add a condition in a branch of an automation rule, but there does not seem to be a way to add a condition between existing items. For example we have:
-When: Issue transitions to Done
-Project equals XXX
-Labels contains YYY
-For Linked Issues
--Project equals ZZZ
--Then: Transition to Done
--And: Add comment

Now I want to add an additional condition  between
--Project equals ZZZ
--Then: Transition to Done

But the only way it seems like you can do that is to remove all the steps in the branch and to recreate them.

Are we missing something?

Hello @Benjamin Peikes

If you hover your mouse between the two items do you not see the Add Component option appear?

That works, thanks! I was trying to add it at the end and then drag and drop to reorder. I think I was moving my mouse to fast between items to notice it.
