Is there a way to create a general post function?

I need to clear the resolution field when changing the status from done to any other status.

Is there a way to do it accept writing a post function on each status on the below workflow?

Yeah, you'll have to configure the post-function on each transition you want to add the post-function to.

If you use a shared transition (i.e. a transition is used multiple times in the same workflow), you only have to update that transition once - any time it's used in the workflow, the post-function will be applied. In your case, though, all of your statuses have the "all statuses can transition into this status" option checked, so each status has its own unique transition.
