Is there a pip can help me to automate the transition of the jira tickets from a status to another when I'll release a new version of the tool?
Hi @yosser_mahfoudh you can try Jira automation to achieve your goal. Here's a detailed post that you can refer to and change rules based on your needs.
Hope the above helps.
Hello,
Thank you for getting back to me!
let me explain more!
I'm using Bitbucket pipeline as CI server and Bitbucket repository where the code is located and We have Jira.
My request is, is there a way to change all the tickets in jira from done to deployed just when I run the pipeline and release a new version?
So all the tickets that will be released with that version goes from done to deployed.
Thanks

hello,
Is there a way I can add a comment that contains the build Id of the bitbucket pipeline run? Or is there a way I can add a value in a field that contains the buildID of the runned pipeline?
