Is there a issue-bug workflow/flowchart?

I would like to know if there is a workflow/flowchart so I can understand the flow of the issues type as bug.

Yes, you will find these in the project settings -> workflows.

You can there view the workflow as text or diagram.

Where can I find the project settings?
I am not an admin and there is no option in the menu.

You need to be an admin to access project settings.

You can ask your admin to give you needed permissions or to send you the workflow diagrams.
