Is it possible to rescrict account creation to a specific domain?

I have a client who wants to restrict the ability for admins to create accounts for only users with the company domain. Is this possible?

It's a interesting question, unfortunately it's not currently a functionality. Admins have always been able to create users with all domains and I don't believe there is an easy loophole to restrict this.

Thats not possible, the admins can always create users with all domains.

I also never saw an app for something like that.

I think the only solution might be to add an user directory and make sure that there are only users with that domain.
