Is it possible to create multiple rows on a Kanban Board based on assignee?

Paul Toner September 5, 2018

Hi guys,

I am trying to configure a Kanban Board with multiple rows based on assignee - I would like these to always remain static. The purpose of this being a way to monitor the status of issues assigned to each member of my team.

The issues are all in the same project and the status are all obviously the same, but I think I need to have some way to add sub filters to the Kanban Board, if at all possible.

Mock up attached.

All advice is welcome!Example.PNG

Hi @Paul Toner,

I think what you're looking for here is to create swimlanes based on assignee. You can do this through board>board configure>swimlanes.

Another option is to create quick filters for your assignees and base the swimlanes off of queries like internal projects or customer support.

I'm not sure what you mean by sub filters, can you give me an example?

Hope this helps!

Hi. I do not have the swimlanes option when I go to configure board. Is there another way?
