Is anyone using ServiceRocket and are you paying for each of your Jira users?

Jan DeFalco May 16, 2022

We are using ServiceRocket to connect Jira issues to Salesforce on a trial basis. We have two Salesforce users and 60 Jira users. ServiceRocket's pricing is based on Jira users.

Has anyone worked with Jira and/or ServiceRocket to only pay for the Salesforce users?

Thanks, Jan

Hi @Jan DeFalco

Please allow me to help you with your question.

Sadly, the plugin licensing is tied to your Jira user tier.

More information about that can be found here Purchasing & Licensing FAQ.

Don't forget that you can always find us on our chat and then the "Chat with us" option.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi @Jan DeFalco,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I use ServiceRocket to integrate Jira and SFDC, and when you add an app to your instance you have to purchase the license tier that is the same as your Atlassian host product. You can learn more about it here
